Laraci Ethical Fine Jewelers is confident that the fine jewelry product that you received from us will be free from manufacturer defect, but if for any reason the fine jewelery piece is defective, we will work diligently to resolve the issue. If we are unable to resolve the problem, and the product is returned to us with its original authenticity certificate within 30 days in its original unaltered and unused condition, we will refund the full purchase price back to you.Condition of the Returned Product
All returned products are carefully inspected by a Laraci jeweler. To be eligible for a full refund, the jewelry piece must be returned within 30 days in its original unaltered and unused condition. Worn, altered, or repaired product may not be eligible for a refund. Returned items can take approximately five business days to process upon its receipt and inspection.Authenticity Certificate, Presentation Box, and Paperwork
Please return the product in its original ring box (such as the wooden presentation box), with the authenticity certificate, and all the paperwork that was in the package when you opened it. If an item is returned without the accompanying authenticity certificate, a certificate replacement fee of $150 may be charged or deducted from the refund.International Refunds
International cross-border duty fees, international taxes, currency exchange fees, tariffs, value added taxes, and shipping fees from any country outside of the United States will not be reimbursed with the refund.No Refunds for Comparison Purchasing
Purchasing more than one style of ring or jewelry piece with the purpose of choosing the one you like best and then returning the other is known as comparison purchasing. The cost for us to design, cast, polish, and set a gemstone, then ship to our customer is simply too expensive to allow comparison purchasing. No refunds will be issued in the instance of comparison purchasing.No Refunds for Custom Orders
Due to their personalized nature, custom designed rings or bands, or items engraved with personalized information cannot be returned or exchanged.Return Instructions within the United States:
1) Authorization Code: Call us during our normal business hours (Monday - Friday 10am-5pm PST) to obtain a return authorization code.
2) Return Packaging: Place the returning item (eg: the ring) back into its original wooden presentation box (eg: the ring box), and the wooden box back into its small white protective box. Put the small white protective box inside of a plastic bag (such as a small zip-lock bag), and secure it with packaging tape to the inside of the original shipping box (the goal is to prevent it from sliding around inside the box during shipping.) Place all paperwork and the original authenticity certificate into the shipping box and seal it with packaging tape. Wrap the entire package with plain brown shipping paper, and seal it once again with packaging tape. It is important when shipping valuable items that the packaging is nondescript so the contents cannot be easily guessed.
3) Return Label: Do not include wording on the return label that can indicate the contents. Words like "Laraci, ring, jewelry, etc" should not be seen anywhere on the return packaging. We will give you the return address when you call in for the authorization code. Include the authorization code in brackets next to the ship-to name.

Laraci always returns funds in the same way that we received them. For example, if you purchased a ring with your MasterCard we apply the refund to that same MasterCard. We cannot reimburse a different individual or entity other than the original purchaser using the original purchase method. Once approved for refund, we will notify you and your account will be credited within three business days of this notification.
