When you browse our website, we also automatically receive your computer's internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system, and country of origin. For example, many people buy a matching band a year after buying an engagment ring from us. We will have your ring size, ring style, and metal type stored in our database. We keep your full name, phone number, and email address (so we can look you up when you call us and cross-reference your order, or so we can call you about your order), and we keep your home and shipping address (so we can verify the shipping address is correct). If you have given us your email address and have items left in your cart that haven't been checked out, we will send you up to 3 reminders that you have unchecked items in your cart. Laraci will use information from your visit with us for marketing purposes (we track which product types are most popular and which simply don't generate interest) and for navigational improvement purposes (we track where our shoppers fall away from us - perhaps our website navigation does not adequately help you find exactly what your looking for.) This information is used solely to improve your experience and to ensure we have the styles that you are looking for.

How do you get my consent?

Credit card payment services are provided by Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Payment:

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
